Optim methods
Weboptim Optimization method(s): Optim is a wrapper function for the NelderMead, BFGS, constrained BFGS, conjugate gradient, Brent, and simulated annealing methods. Users may choose which method they wish to apply. Except for Brent's method, these methods are all capable of optimizing multivariate functions. http://julianlsolvers.github.io/Optim.jl/

WebThe package provides parallel versions of the gradient-based optimization methods of optim (). The main function of the package is optimParallel (), which has the same usage and output as optim (). Using optimParallel () can significantly reduce optimization times as illustrated in the following figure ( p is the number of paramters). WebOptimLib is a lightweight C++ library of numerical optimization methods for nonlinear functions. Features: A C++11/14/17 library of local and global optimization algorithms, as well as root finding techniques. Derivative-free optimization using advanced, parallelized metaheuristic methods.
