In 1938, the company assigned names to all the Balance models; suddenly, instead of a 3-25, you could buy a Craftsman. I bought this in India in 2003. I need help identifying it. The cap for this pen no longer stays in place. From the looks of it, the plastic on the inside is cracked, and does nothing to keep the cap in place. I'm not sure what my options are in terms of fixing it.
