WebIt is an issue with 10-bit. By having my OTHER (non-HDR) monitor set to 10-bit, it was causing my HDR monitor to bug out somehow, even though everything looked fine on that monitor. When I set that monitor to 8-bit (which was default), everything is normal, both with HDR on and off. 2nd Follow-up: This issue is fixed in latest beta build.
